The museum del termalismo antico e del territorio Montegrotto Terme awaits you with these events:
- From Saturday 9th December until the end of the month – Photographic Exhibition “work and life of yesterday and today”, the last photographic exhibition of 2023 on your photographs which will be exhibited in the rooms of our museum.
- Sunday, December 10th at 3:30 PM – educational laboratory “Hang Rome on the tree!”. Decorate your tree with ancient Rome and discover what the ancient Romans celebrated this time of year. Activities for children aged 6 to 11. Paid activities are available upon reservation (reservations required by 5:00 PM on Saturday, December 9th). didatticalapis@gmail.com or 3336559909.
- From Sunday, December 17th to Sunday, December 23rd – “Let's celebrate Saturnalia!”, In honor of the god Saturn, we celebrate this ancient Roman festival at the museum with a reduced admission ticket.
- Sunday, December 17th 4:00 PM – “Christmas in Roman Times”, To celebrate the start of Saturnalia, a themed museum tour with an archaeologist is available. This activity is open to all, and requires a reservation. didatticalapis@gmail.com or 3336559909.
The Museum is open to visitors during the following hours: Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. All other days are open to school groups and groups with reservations required.
