Friday, September 5th, at Villa Beatrice d'Este in Baone, the Euganean Hills Education Day will take place. This morning, our educational program for schools will be presented.
Even the Museo del termalismo antico e del territorio of Montegrotto Terme participates in the second edition of the Euganean Hills Education Day, scheduled Friday, September 5, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at Villa Beatrice d'Este in Baone (Padua).
The goal is to enhance the many museums in the Euganean Hills by raising awareness and promoting the many educational initiatives offered among teachers and schools in the area, as well as encouraging reflection on local museums, with the opportunity to build a network for exchanging experiences and discussions.
This morning, we will present our educational program for schools: workshops for children and young people, fully customizable and tailored to the participants' different accessibility needs, can be held in the museum's classroom, at school, or in nearby archaeological sites. Teachers will also have the opportunity to try out the museum's 3D viewers, which enhance the story of the Acque Patavine, offering an immersive journey into the history and culture of thermal baths and the local area. They will also be able to experience firsthand some of our workshop products.
The event, promoted by the Province of Padua and the Euganean Hills Regional Park in partnership with the Municipality of Galzignano Terme, is coordinated by MuCE – Museo dei Colli Euganei and Villa Beatrice d'Este.
